Tortoise shell glasses have crossed every decade since the twenties without losing their standing. Ours are cut from Takiron acetate from Fukui, in havana, amber, teak and blonde tortoise, and polished by hand in Sabae, Japan.

Tortoise Acetate Designer Eyewear
Elsa, Emmanuelle and Charlotte bring feminine tortoise shapes, from round to oversized to cat-eye. Victor and Riviera carry tortoise into sharper squares, in fire and teak. From the 2026 line, Paul, Milan, Yves and Audrey add new tortoise tones from blonde to dark. Many of these frames also exist as optical frames for prescription lenses.
