Our Commitment

L'Écurie Paris is committed to making lecurieparis.com accessible to everyone, including people who are blind or have low vision, people who are deaf or hard of hearing, and people with motor, cognitive, or other disabilities. We believe every client should be able to browse our collections, learn about our craftsmanship, and complete a purchase independently.

Standard We Work To

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, the standard referenced by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) guidance in the United States and by the European Accessibility Act and EN 301 549 in the European Union. Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We audit the site regularly with automated tools and manual checks, and we correct issues as we find them.

What We Have in Place

  • Text alternatives on product and content images for screen reader users
  • Keyboard navigation, including a skip to content link on every page
  • A declared page language and a logical heading structure for assistive technologies
  • Descriptive labels on links, buttons, and form fields
  • A checkout hosted by Shopify, which maintains its own accessibility program
  • No audio or video content that plays sound automatically; any future video with speech will carry captions

Compatibility

The site is designed to work with current versions of common screen readers (VoiceOver, NVDA, JAWS, TalkBack), with browser zoom up to 200 percent, and with keyboard only navigation, on recent versions of Safari, Chrome, Firefox, and Edge.

Assistance With Your Order
