WARRANTY
LIFETIME WARRANTY WORLDWIDE AGAINST MANUFACTURING DEFECTS
L'Écurie Paris products purchased from an authorized retailer is guaranteed by L'Écurie Paris against manufacturing defects for the lifetime of the product, subject to verification by our technical service department. If a manufacturing defect is verified, the frame or part of the frame deemed defective will be replaced free of charge. This does not include ophthalmic lenses, which will not be replaced under any circumstances.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents (impact, crushing, scratching, etc.), improper or unauthorized use of the frame, unauthorized alterations, repairs or tampering. Any damage not covered under warranty can be repaired for a charge after verification.

UNITED STATES: LIMITED WARRANTY (MAGNUSON-MOSS)
For consumers in the United States, this lifetime warranty is a LIMITED WARRANTY. It is provided by Seckence Inc, doing business as L'Écurie Paris, 2038 Corte Del Nogal, Suite 142, Carlsbad, California 92011. It covers manufacturing defects for the lifetime of the product, subject to the exclusions described above. Your exclusive remedy under this limited warranty is the free repair or replacement of the defective frame or component. To obtain warranty service, follow the instructions above; there is no charge for warranty service other than the cost of shipping the product to us.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS IN THE EUROPEAN UNION AND UNITED KINGDOM
Our lifetime warranty is a voluntary commercial guarantee. It applies in addition to, and does not limit or replace, the statutory rights you hold as a consumer under the law of your country of residence.
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the EEA, you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity of a minimum of two years from delivery, under Directive (EU) 2019/771 as implemented in your national law. In France, this includes the garantie légale de conformité (Articles L.217-3 and following of the French Consumer Code) and the garantie des vices cachés (Articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code). If the goods are not in conformity, you may be entitled to repair or replacement, or, where applicable, to a price reduction or a refund, free of charge.
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you benefit from the statutory remedies of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
