Lifetime Warranty

L'Écurie Paris products purchased from an authorized retailer are covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects, subject to inspection and approval by our technical service department.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, the defective frame or component will be repaired or replaced at no charge.

Please note:

• Ophthalmic lenses are not covered under warranty and cannot be replaced
• Replacing lenses at your preferred optician will not void your warranty
• Your frame will continue to receive full L'Écurie Paris warranty coverage

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Accidental damage (impact, crushing, scratches, etc.)
• Improper or unauthorized use
• Modifications, repairs, or tampering performed by unauthorized parties

Damage not covered under warranty may still be repaired for a service fee, following inspection by our technical department.

Your Statutory Rights in the EU and UK

Our lifetime warranty is a voluntary commercial guarantee. It applies in addition to, and does not limit, the statutory rights you hold as a consumer under the law of your country of residence.

• European Union and EEA: a legal guarantee of conformity of a minimum of two years from delivery (Directive (EU) 2019/771, as implemented in your national law). In France, this includes the garantie légale de conformité (Articles L.217-3 and following of the Consumer Code) and the garantie des vices cachés (Articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code).
• United Kingdom: the remedies of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

If the goods are not in conformity, you may be entitled to repair or replacement, or, where applicable, a price reduction or a refund, free of charge. Nothing in this warranty affects these rights. EU and UK consumers also benefit from a fourteen day right of withdrawal, described on our Right of Withdrawal page.
