Returns & Exchanges Policy

We gladly accept worldwide returns providing a full refund of our products. Every return begins with a return authorization from our team. Write to experience@lecurieparis.com with your order number before sending anything back; we will confirm your return and send instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

USA Returns & Exchanges

We offer complimentary exchanges and returns within 30 days for orders shipped within the USA.

To be eligible:

• Item must be new, unused, and in perfect sellable condition
• Original packaging, invoice, certificates, and leaflets must be included
• Personalized, or Made-to-Order items cannot be returned or exchanged

How to Return (USA Only)

1. Contact us within 30 days of purchase to receive your return authorization and prepaid return label
2. Place the item in its original packaging with the original receipt
3. Attach the prepaid UPS label and securely seal the package
4. Drop off the package at any UPS location

International Returns (Outside USA)

We gladly accept returns worldwide within 30 days of purchase. Contact us first at experience@lecurieparis.com to receive your return authorization and instructions.

Please note:

• International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Item must be new, unused, and returned with original packaging and receipt
• Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted

International Returns and Customs

Authorized international returns travel as returned merchandise, not as a new sale. Your return authorization email contains the exact text for the carrier forms. Three points are required:

• Declare the shipment as “Returned goods. Merchandise returned to seller for refund. No commercial transaction.”
• Reference “U.S. Goods Returned, HTS 9801.00.10” on the waybill and the customs declaration (goods previously exported from the United States, returned within 3 years).
• Include a copy of your return authorization and the original invoice with the package.

Shipments declared as a sale, or sent without the returned goods marking, are assessed United States import duties on arrival. Any duties, taxes, or brokerage charges caused by a missing or incorrect customs declaration, or by an unauthorized return, are the responsibility of the sender and will be deducted from the refund.

European Union and United Kingdom

If you are exercising your fourteen day right of withdrawal, submit your notice on our Right of Withdrawal page or by email. Our written acknowledgment serves as your return authorization and includes the return instructions. Your statutory rights, including the legal guarantee of conformity, remain unaffected.
