Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason (the “cooling-off period” under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, as amended by Directive (EU) 2023/2673).
To exercise this right, complete the two steps below. You will receive an automatic email confirming receipt of your withdrawal. That confirmation serves as your return authorization, and our team will follow up with the return address and instructions. Please send the items back within 14 days of notifying us. When returning from outside the United States, declare the shipment as returned goods exactly as set out in our instructions (“U.S. Goods Returned, HTS 9801.00.10, merchandise returned to seller, no commercial transaction”). Customs charges caused by an incorrect declaration are a direct cost of returning the goods and may be deducted from your refund. Refunds are processed within 14 days in accordance with EU law; we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned items, or you have supplied proof of having sent them back.
