Titanium Eyeglass Frames, Plated in Real Gold
Titanium is the rare frame material that disappears once worn. It is hypoallergenic, resistant to corrosion, and light enough to forget by the end of the first hour. A finished L'Écurie Paris titanium frame weighs under 20 grams. Each one is handcrafted in Sabae, Fukui Prefecture, the Japanese city where fine eyewear has been made for over a century, and finished with genuine 18K gold or 14K white gold plating applied by Sabae artisans. The plating is bonded to the titanium, not painted on, so it keeps its depth through daily wear.
