The Leo is L'Écurie Paris's most distinctive frame — a frameless aviator reinterpretation in which a sculptural titanium arch appears to float above the lenses, creating a sensation of lightness and visual precision that wearers consistently describe as unlike anything they've worn before.
The Design
The Leo's defining feature is its structure: there is no conventional frame. A single precision-engineered titanium arch — finished in 18K yellow gold or 14K white gold — spans the upper edge of the lenses and provides all the structural support. Below the arch, ZEISS polyamide lenses are mounted with minimal hardware. The result is a frame that provides exceptional peripheral vision and an almost weightless wearing experience.
The Materials
Every Leo is made from aerospace-grade Japanese titanium, processed in Sabae, Japan. The gold plating — 18K yellow gold or 14K white gold — is applied at 0.5 microns, significantly thicker than industry standard, and bonded using a process that makes it resistant to daily wear, sweat, and environmental exposure. The nose pads are engraved with the L'Écurie Paris signature and individually fitted.
